Gym Monitor
Your rental includes a gym monitor who will be on-site during your reserved period to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Clean-Up
All teams and coaches are responsible for cleaning up after their rental. Please remove all trash and take any equipment with you at the end of your session.

Lost Items
House of Hustle is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items. Please check your area carefully before leaving.

Damages
Any damage that occurs during your rental period is the responsibility of the renting party. Please report any damages immediately to staff.

Parent and Spectator Policy
Coaches may decide whether parents stay inside the gym, use the waiting area, or follow a drop-off only policy. If parents stay in the court area, designated seating will be provided along the side of the basketball court. No one is allowed to stand or sit in the Vertimax Court area. The waiting area is small, so space is limited. Thank you for understanding.
