Private training workouts are tailored to each athlete’s individual goals and needs, providing a personalized training experience that incorporates athlete input. Trainers push athletes to continuously improve while focusing on footwork and overall athleticism. All sessions include comprehensive conditioning exercises to enhance performance, and depending on the athlete's level, the trainer may also utilize advanced tools like the Dr. Dish and Vertimax. Beginner sessions will always include conditioning, with advanced equipment added as appropriate.

Designed for athletes ready to advance their skills, this private training emphasizes game techniques, refining skills, and preparing for competitive play. Conditioning, agility exercises, and tools like the Vertimax Raptor, Vertimax V8, or Dr. Dish shooting machine may be utilized based on the athlete’s development.
