This program incorporates the Vertimax training system. Advanced athletes ages 13yrs and older can expect a diverse range of exercises including running, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and specifically, movements that focus on enhancing your speed, agility, and vertical jump. 

Utilizing: Vertimax V8, Vertimax Raptor, Dashr Speed Gates, Tandem Vertical Challenger and more.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

These sessions are advanced and are primarily for athletes ages 12yrs up. 

IS THIS ONLY FOR BASKETBALL ATHLETES?

This program is not sport specific. 

WHAT DO I BRING?

Plenty of water and comfortable clothing and shoes.

DO YOU OFFER A BUNDLE/PACKAGE?

June 1st we will provide a membership option.

MEMBERSHIP PLAN QUESTIONS:

How does the membership work? Do I get all the day or just some? 

The membership package will cover both Wednesday and Saturday session dates listed above.

What if I am unable to make all session dates? Do they roll over?

Sessions are not made up. If you are unable to attend a session, you will be unable to choose another date outside the dates listed above.
