No. The VertiMax court is a separate space reserved for personal trainers only and is not included with a basketball court rental. Trainers may be working in that area during your rental time.

For full court practices, coaches decide whether parents and spectators may stay inside. If they're allowed in, seating is provided along the side of the basketball court. There is no waiting in the VertiMax / strength & conditioning court, and no waiting in the office areas.

The half court in Unit #409 is a compact space with only minimal seating. To make the most of the space for practice, we recommend parents drop off or wait in their vehicle during the session. The same rules apply as the full court, and no equipment is provided. Please bring your own basketballs.

No. There is no water fountain on-site. Bottled water is available at the concession stand for $1.00.

The renter is responsible for leaving the area clean at the end of the rental period. Any damage during the rental is the responsibility of the renting party and may result in the cost to repair or replace the damaged item.

All court rentals are non-refundable. Reserved times block the court from being booked by others, so missed or unused time cannot be rescheduled or credited.
