HOW IT'S PLAYED
GAME FORMAT
Two 16-minute halves with a running clock. The clock stops for the final two minutes of the second half if the game is within 10 points. Every game is officiated.

Organized adult women's basketball with divisions by skill level. Compete, stay active, and hoop with a community.
40+ 3V3 LEAGUE
Half-court 3v3 built for the 40-and-over crowd. Lower impact, still plenty competitive, and easy on the schedule.
CONSISTENT MORNING RUNS
Regular open gym pickup runs in the morning. Show up, get your shots, and hoop before the day gets going.
