STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
1 session per week: $150 per month
2 sessions per week: $250 per month
Scheduling & Make-Up Policy (Strength & Conditioning Only)
To keep scheduling consistent, all sessions must be used within the active month.

Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for make-ups.

Approved reschedules must occur within the same month and depend on trainer availability.

Sessions do not roll over to the next month.
