WHAT TO BRING?

Running/Athletic shoes

Basketball Shoes (For those that like to change out of their running shoes. Not Required.)

Morning Snack/Afternoon Snack (Prefer no diary products or anything that would upset the stomach.)

Sack Lunch (Refrigerator and microwave will be avaialbe for use.)
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP

Early Drop-off: 8:30am

Late Pick-up: 4:30pm

Please be sure to let the coaches know who will be picking up your athlete.

To keep our sessions focused and distraction-free, our facility is a staff-only space during our camps/clinics. We do have a comfortable waiting area up front if you'd like to stay. For everyone's safety and security, our doors remain locked during sessions to prevent interruptions from outside visitors.
Player Development Series
1 session per week: $150 per month
2 sessions per week: $250 per month
Scheduling & Make-Up Policy (Strength & Conditioning Only)
There are no make-up sessions.
